This lecture is defining terminology in interpersonal relationships. The participants are discussing the definitions and goals of adaptation and the meaning of interpersonal relationships in adapting.

Discussion 4/6. Adaptation is also needed when we interact in a virtual world like this e-learning platform. Online interaction is increasing also in a work environment. Distance work is becoming more and more common and it is often intercultural by nature. This affects also relationships, as online interaction differs by nature from traditional human interaction. How can we create interpersonal networks online? How can we increase and enable meaningful interpersonal communication online? How can we support these relationships? Please give your suggestion for supporting interpersonal relationships online. Try to create a descriptive title for your writing. Please also comment at least one other writing.
