Session 1 From Business Administration to Personnel Consulting: Professor Studying Gender in Leadership (Lecturer’s Personal Perspective)

The goal of the first session is to get to know our lecturer, professor Anna-Maija Lämsä from the University of Jyväskylä. She has a very interesting personal career path leading to a professor in the university. Her career, naturally, gives an important perspective to her lectures and opinions on leadership and management. In the Last lecture she also gives us a quick recap to some major historical researchers and writers, who have had a major impact in the development of management and leadership.
