(to be decided in Sarpsborg) 2015-04-20T13:55:37+03:00 https://peda.net/id/f79ba39a4 2015-08-21T15:30:31+03:00 <p>Forssa (Finland), Sarpsborg (Norway), Struer (Denmark) and Södertälje (Sweden) exchange knowledge between and develope creative cooperations among twin town culture institutions in 2014 – 2017 in order (1) to develope quality of cultural efforts in each of the four twin towns, (2) to explore the possibilities of the program from the Nordic Council of Ministers, (3) to <span>look for</span> <span>European</span> <span>partners</span> during the EU program Creative Europe and (4) to prepare plans for concrete cooperation on touristic issues.</p> <p>This is supposed to happen through <strong>quality development</strong> on several levels and in various current theme areas of importance to the twin towns.
