When modifying a form, click on the text field and write the instructions for your task. After doing so, click on the ”<b>Likert</b>” button from the form field menu. You will see a text that reads:<br/> <br/> <strong>“[[likert:5]]</strong><br/> <strong>Likert item 1</strong><br/> <strong>Likert item 2</strong><br/> <strong>Likert item 3</strong><br/> <strong>[[/likert]]”.</strong><br/> <br/> 2. Add your own statements in place of the text rows that read “Likert item”. Adding a new text row allows you to add more than three statements to the task.
