<p>In this lecture, you will learn Argyris and schön's theory. They develop two models: theory in use vs. espoused theory; single-loop learning vs double-loop learning. Getting to know these theories of organisational learning is encessential to the school leaders because <span class="word">consciously</span> or un<span class="word">consciously school leaders are practising these theories on daily basis.<br/>
