<content type="html">&lt;p&gt;In this lecture we first differentiate feelings and emotions. Then we learn how and why emotions come about. You will also have the possibility to evaluate your own feelings during the lecture. This takes place by special inventory instruments that need to be printed out before you listen to the lecture (1, 2, and 3 below). You also need to pause the lecture three times in order to correctly psocess your personal emotions inventory.
