Lecture 1 Rationale of reframing

In the first lecture, Professor Alava introduces the syllabus of the course. After studying the 4 frames (structural, human resource, political and symbolic frames), students will have these frames as tools to analyze the organization. In this course, students also have the opportunity to combine the theory with the practice in their personal case study. The rationale of reframing is to provide different lenses in observing the organization and eventually get a holistic view of the reality.
