In Lecture 4 the students discuss shared leadership in their own countries. They provide examples like the parents’ role in school education, student leadership, and learning community. In the end, Professor Alava emphasizes that shared leadership does not only mean the vertical collaboration between principal and different stakeholders, but also mean the horizontal collaboration within the teacher and student group.
