Lecture 2 Draft report from Canada (David)

In Lecture 2 you will listen to David's presentation about the leadership training programmes in Canada. He first introduces the background information of the OECD policy toward education as well as the country demography. In Canada, there are university ph.d programmes, the principal council and other institutions that provide educational leadership training. As to the finance, David takes a global perspective to analyze the funding system in Canada. The third part of his report draft is about the future challenges. The rising expectations and the aging teaching workforce are two main challenges. At the last part of the presentation, other students comment on his draft.
