Our competence is tightly related to the tasks and the environment. However, to some extent, we can also train ourselves to be more open, flexible and adaptable to the environment. According to Harvard Business research, the only competence that can be applied in everywhere is the context reading ability. Students discuss how to acquire intercultural competence in their own country. </p>
