<p>Lecture 2 starts with Collinson and Cook's (2007) definition of organisational learning. In their research, there are 6 strategies for organisational learning. In education field, we are now having a paradigm change which requries new leadership. This also requries the principal to transform from a manager to a collegial leader. In the last part of the lecture, you will learn the key responsibilities for a good leader in carrying out organisational learning in the knowledge-based organisation. </p>
