Lecture 1 Review on "extreme" theories

In Lecture 1, Professor Alava reviews the development of organisation theory from rational theories to extreme theories. According to the extreme theories, people in the organisation only have bounded rationality. The organisation goal maybe vague. The leadership and management can be unclear. Students had a discussion about are schools anarchistic. The conclusion was there can be some risks if we do not clarify the goals and leadership.
