Lecture 6 How to increase motivation?https://peda.net/id/a9e9500e1d82016-05-19T08:58:31+03:00<p>In the last lecture of the session we learn that the core message of all motivation theories is that motivation increases if the psychological states of mind are achieved: people are motivated when they find the work meaningful and rewarding. Giving constant feedback and empowerment can also increase people's motivation level. By the end of the lecture, <span>lecturer is summing up the whole frame. </span></p>
