Write your learning experiences into your personal reflective report. Reflect especially your reflections on how context influences leadership. The reflective report for session 2 will be submitted after lecture 4.&lt;/li&gt;&#10;&lt;/ol&gt;&#10;&lt;/li&gt;&#10;&lt;/ol&gt;&#10;&lt;p&gt;After completing the assignment you can proceed to lecture 3.&lt;/p&gt;&#10;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;Supplementary material:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#10;&lt;p&gt;Below is a list of additional supplementary material to be used for individual development.
