The school building is located next to the fire station and opposite to daycare center and senior citizens’ home.<br/> <br/> There are approximately 130 pupils in the school. The staff includes seven classroom teachers, a special needs teacher and two classroom assistants. We have a shared head teacher with Karjalohja Primary School.<br/> <br/> Sammatti School was established in 1955 in the former Municipality of Sammatti which became a part of the City of Lohja in 2009. The older part of the building was remodeled in 2014. The new extension part was finished at the same time.<br/> <br/> The older part of the school holds facilities for pre-school education and after-school club as well as classrooms.<br/> <br/> The newer part of the school building includes the teachers' lounge and administration, lunchroom, gym as well as classrooms.
