In this lecture you will be given the task to think about the basic question: “What is ethics?” You will discuss that in groups based on the previous sessions and lectures, and then you will hear the group presentations. Also, pay attention to the different definitions and interpretations the students have. While listening to the student reports, make your own reflection on the issue.

Before any lecture either open or save to your computer the assigned PowerPoint presentation.

Assignment before the lecture: Based on your own preconception or the previous sessions in this course, write down your own definition on “What is ethics”. Follow the lectures in this session and others to come, and if needed, make refinements to your definition.
