This article discusses the challenges and innovations on creating effective learning environments in rural schools. The main challenges include in lack of time and money. Schools in rural area do not have sufficient resources for students with special needs and for teachers' professional learning. In the article, you will also find the solutions that the schools had in response to these challenges.
