Lecture 3 Organizational learning in practice; Students' case presentations

In Lecture 3 you hear three student presentations under the topic of organizational learning. Students choose the reading articles and summarize the key points. During the first presentation, pay attention to the five themes for organizational learning and six identified conditions which promote the organizational learning. In the second presentation, focus on how do the megatrends influence on the school leadership revolution in South Africa. In the presentation we realize, why people believe organizational learning is an important tool to guide the change at social level. In the third presentation, pay attention to the model of school improvement. Students criticize that the standardized exams fail to evaluate the real school performance.
