<content type="html">&lt;p&gt;This lecture is based on Chapter 1 of Joe Murphy's book. The concept of teacher leadership seems to evolve with time. Murphy's analysis is built on two facts: teacher leadership has been limited within the classroom; education reform will not succeed without teacher leadership and participation.
