<content type="html">It is important to remember that guidance and counseling in the EU setting have since the year 2002 – the Lisbon agreement – had great importance. The EU ministers agreed then that EU competitiveness can be reached by investing in education and training. Also, at the same time career guidance was included into the major policy documents.
