Twenty partner institutions have joined hands and established a network to be able to better prepare career counselors and guidance workers for the diverse clients they work with. A main focus will be on the education of those that work with adults.<br/> <p><b>Aim</b><br/> The broad aim of the network is to increase professionalization and strengthen ties and co-operation between higher education institutions and the labor market and between research, practice and policy.<br/> <br/> <b>Network activities</b><br/> Network activities include two development projects and two joint intensive courses.
