In lectures 1 and 2 in this session we get to know more about Starratt’s views in three respects: worries, first aid, and outcomes. Then, we continue by adding Hitt’s frameworks of ethical systems and combine it to leadership styles as a summation of presentation made earlier in session 2 on this course. &lt;/p&gt;&#10;&lt;p&gt;Please start the session by clicking lecture 1.&lt;/p&gt;&#10;</content>
