We learn that the core message of all motivation theories is that motivation increases if the psychological states of mind are achieved; people are motivated when they find the work meaningful and rewarding. Giving constant feedback and empowerment can also increase people's motivation level. By the end of the lecture, you will learn the strategies given by Bolman and Deal in their human resource frame.

Before any lecture either open or save to your computer the assigned PowerPoint presentations.

Assignment before the lecture: Read the article Vroom and Lawler: Expectancy or Instrumentality Model of Motivation

Open or save the PowerPoint slides related to this lecture HERE.

Listen to the lecture, and afterwards do the assignment given below.

&amp;amp;lt;p&amp;amp;gt;Cannot display this embedded content because your browser does not support iframes.&amp;amp;lt;/p&amp;amp;gt;

Write your learning experiences into your personal Reflective report

Assignment after the lecture: Read chapters 7 and 8 from the course book Bolman, L.
