Lecture 4 Leadership and ethics

In this lecture you will find out more about the process and determinants that leads ethical behaviour in organization. First the "Four modes of being" by Karl Jasper is introduced, followed by study of Schmidt & Posner of primary factors that influence ethical conduct. The hit comes from Hitt when his meta-theory is introduced. He has constructed a holistic model of ethical behavior that will challenge our thinking as leaders.
