Write your learning experiences into your personal reflective report. The reflective report for session 4 will be submitted after lecture 4.&lt;/li&gt;&#10;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Discussion&lt;/strong&gt;. Think about the organizations where you have worked in the past or you have heard about. Try to give an example of a situation where openness through discussion and feedback would have helped the organization as a whole. Place your example in the discussion board. Read also the examples of others. Remember to comment at least 1 other writing in the discussion board.
