This lectures gives us detailed information and experience of the aspects any change has in organizations; this time in universities, when the main transition is from research to service universities. This lecture is a continuation to the previous ones, when we learned about the changing situation of the universities in global competition. We discuss about the changes in teaching and learning, regional relevance, and new modes of knowledge production. The lecture ends with an important example how the students in the class are losing their innocence!
