<content type="html">&lt;p&gt;In this lecture professor Alava describes in a detailed way how leadership can be shared in many ways at school. He begins with discussing school as a loosely coupled organization, which actually builds a large gray area where leadership seems to be undefined. Then, he discusses how leadership is shared between the principal and teachers, stakeholder, students, education provider (or owner), and with parents.
