Lecture 5 focuses on Coppieter's article. In his research, he challenges the main stream paradigm. He stresses that organisational learning is the tool to improve the organsiational effectiveness. Listen to students' discussion and their own experiences related to the topic. In the last part of the lecture, Professor Alava summerizes the obstacles for learning. He mentions that communication is the key to remove these obstacles.
