Lecture 3 Developing organizational culturehttps://peda.net/id/8d574828fbe2016-05-08T17:12:26+03:00<p>In this lecture we’ll make a difference between culture and climate in organizations. We also study some elements of culture that have in research found in school organizations. In the end of the lecture we learn to use “the rule of four seconds” in order to develop our own behaviour as well as the ‘behaviour’ of our own organization.</p>
