Lecture 3 Leadership philosophy

Building your own leadership philosophy is one of the main goals for this course and also for the whole Master’s Programme. The next lecture will be the starting point of this work, which will continue for some time during the programme. During the lecture you will begin to make some notes about your leadership philosophy, and you will be given guidelines how to proceed in this assignment. In lecture four we will continue with more detailed guidelines in building your leadership identity and leadership philosophy.

Before any lecture either print or save to your computer the assigned PowerPoint presentation.
