Lecture 3 Building a community of leaders

The main topic of Lecture 3 is the community of leaders. This idea is built upon a new model of leadership which perceives principal as just one of the leaders in the school. The quantum paradigm calls for shared/distributed leadership. The one leader philosophy does not suffice in today’s world.
