In lecture 4, the members of the third group share their views. Their five essential features of the Finnish context are decentralization and democratic leadership, facilities and infrastructure, student involvement and school governance, teacher autonomy, and parental involvement. They also compare the Finnish parents with their British counterparts concerning participation in the school activities on a daily basis.
