<content type="html">&lt;p&gt;Upon successful completion of this course, the learners are expected to be able to&lt;/p&gt;&#10;&lt;ul&gt;&#10;&lt;li&gt;understand the importance of the historical development of leadership,&lt;/li&gt;&#10;&lt;li&gt;recognize, value and utilize the notions of leadership, management and administration in their own organization and in different cultures,&lt;/li&gt;&#10;&lt;li&gt;understand the basic concepts in educational leadership and the ability to use them in practice,&lt;/li&gt;&#10;&lt;li&gt;recognize and analyze different tasks and roles of school leaders, and determine their own role in their present educational organizations,&lt;/li&gt;&#10;&lt;li&gt;differentiate human behaviour, interpret possible tensions in interactions and in teams, and modify their own behaviour for better interaction,&lt;/li&gt;&#10;&lt;li&gt;utilize the core notions of organizational culture, strategic learning, and visionary leadership in their own organization.&lt;/li&gt;&#10;&lt;/ul&gt;</content>
