<div>We all know that we are employed to a school or a company, we make some kind of a contract for that. It varies a lot from country to country, but the idea of that contract is to clarify our task, responsibilities, wages and benefits. In addition to that, there is another contract that we do not often think about – the psychological contract. This lecture introduces us to this new contract and clarifies rather important aspects of it. At the end of the lecture we learn the roles of change agents.</div>
