Session 6 Typology of Professional Organizations

Session 6 consists of 5 lectures. We all, who work in educational organizations, work also in professional organization. Therefore, it is of high importance to understand the dynamics in such organizations. Therefore, in this session we learn in detail the typology of professional organizations and the development of the organization from one level to another. The model presented is also very useful in school’s practical development.

You also hear several international perspectives to organizational learning presented by the students in The Master’s Degree Program. In the last lecture of the session, Professor Alava summarizes the whole educational administration system from top down calling for dialogue also to the other direction – bottom up.
