This lecture talks about Interpersonal relationships and belonging. Once again Dr Kokkonen uses the group and Finnish context as an example when explaining wider phenomena.

Draw a picture of your own interpersonal relationships (interpersonal network). Who are the different groups/ individuals within your network?

Assignment after the lecture:

Discussion. Have a look at your drawing and think how the different members in your network help and support you. How could you support others in a workplace? Post your idea to the platform. Read also the ideas of other and comment at least one other writing.
Personal development plan. Reflect your thoughts, readings and the lecture. Update your PDP accordingly. The PDP will be submitted at the end of the course.
OPTIONAL: Visit the Linked in and the online platform in the Moodle called 'Living room'. Start a discussion about the possibility of an informal study group.
