<content type="html">&lt;p&gt;In this second lecture of this session, professor Tjeldvoll continues his analyses of the Norwegian case: equality versus new public management. He explains the large changes and megatrends globally that have affected the educational policy and curriculum changes. He also explains the Norwegian policy and ideology in &lt;br/&gt;&#10;the decision-making.
