This lecture concentrates on the leadership behaviour and actions. The lecture introduces the core leadership behaviour model by Howell and Costley. What kind of actions can be found in leadership and how do they affect the followers?

1. Reflective report. Write your learning experiences into your personal reflective report. Please submit your reflective report for session 5.
2. Workbook, Chapter 5: Myself as a leader. Think about yourself in a leadership position. Do the task given in the lecture by the professor. Is there an area which more dominating in your own leadership behaviour? Is there some are in which you should try to develop yourself?
