<p>In this lecture, Professor Alava differentiate the 2 concepts: pedagogic leadership and instructional leadership. By contrast, pedagogic leadership has a broader scope, focuses on students' learning, connects to the real life, as well as covers both curriculum and hidden curriculum in the school.</p>
