Lecture 2 Organizational learning cycle

In Lecture 2, you will learn the organisational learning cycle. First you learn what are the expectations that the society hold to the schools. Then you will see what are the sources of change. There are two types of changes. Type 1 change equals to the single loop change, while the Type 2 change equals to the double loop change. We need the learning cycle to lead the change. The general system model presents the double-loop learning cycle.
