This model explains the evolution of an organization through alternating periods of growth and crises. At the end of the lecture you will also have the possibility to reflect on your own experiences on a case of your choosing. To do this, <strong class="editor red">be prepared to <span>pause the video at the 16’50’’ mark</span> for a while.</strong> Make some observation onto your Reflective Report, and then listen the rest the video.</p>
