This lecture contains discussions about the situational leadership model. The lecture explains how to develop teachers in high readiness level.

Assignment after the lecture:

1. Reflective report. Write your learning experiences into your personal reflective report. The reflective report for session 3 will be submitted after lecture 7.
2. Workbook, Chapter 2: Leadership and follower readiness. Think of a leadership situation where you have been involved and the result was unsatisfactory. You were either giving or receiving instructions. What was the follower readiness in the situation? What kind of leadership behaviour was used? What could or should the leader do in a similar situation?
