Lecture 1 From creativity to innovation

The first lecture of the session starts with the course orientation. Professor Alava emphasizes the importance on having a holistic view of organizational innovation. During the whole course, five perspectives will be covered. The organizational innovation relies on the interplay among these different variables. You will also learn the differences between creative ideas and innovation. In the end of the lecture, you get to know an important study which relates creativity and learning on organizational excellence and results.
