Lecture 4 Political dimension of educational change

The lecture discusses politics from perspectives that are not the most common ones in the discourse of politics and educational change. The lecture claims that the traditional and current emphasis on cognitive and masculine learning and leadership for change, which separates the head and the heart, is not rendering sufficient results. Instead, emotional learning and care should be raised to the status of being fundamental to cognitive learning as well.
