Lecture 2 Managing and leading change

We start the lecture by introducing the goals and focus in change. What are the driving forces of change? To confront change in theory and practice we need to understand several aspects of leadership and other disciplines. We get familiar with a historical process and assumptions of organizational behavior (OB) movement and how it developed into organizational transformation (OT).
