Pay again attention to the buzzwords they students collected. Recall, that organisational learning is always linked to the change. Change needs both leadership and participation. It is also pointed out in the lecture, that one main responsibility of today's principal is to build up the internal and external network. According to Southworth's research, teachers are more interested in how to make students learn instead of pure pedagogy discussion. This creates the notion of "teaching school".</p>
