How to write Workbook?

Workbook is an important learning outcome of the whole MEd project. It is practice-oriented.

Workbook can include:
1) Concrete action plans relate to various situations discussed in class.
2) Ideas and guidelines concerning how to develop the organization you work with.
3) Real-life cases you encounter as an educational leader.
4) Practical leading tools to solve the real-life problems.
5) Your assessment of how the current courses will influence your future career.

Workbook helps you:
1) Apply the theoretical tools to solve real-life problems.
2) Practise your visionary thinking and strategic thinking.
3) Promote your professionalism as an educational leader.
4) Collect new approaches you might use in future work.
5) Develop your own education organization in combing the theories with practice.
