<p>Session 4 consists of 5 lectures. This session focuses on the symbolic and cultural frame. The first lecture reviews the key concept of culture. It is followed by the discussion about subcultures and clans. We also learn, that sometimes organizations can even be seen as institutionalized theatre. <br/>
