Summer cottage and nature <br/>
<br/>
Jenny has introduced Craig to her home farm and the forest. It is now time to go to <br/>
Jenny’s little summer cottage near a lake. It is on the farm. They reach the summer cottage after going down a hill. <br/>
Craig is surprised! <br/>
Craig: You are right. It is so much nicer here than in the city! The air is fresher, the people are more relaxed and <br/>
the scenery is breathtaking. Although my studio is closer to everything, here in the countryside I feel freer! And <br/>
this cottage is the coziest place I have seen, is it yours? <br/>
Jenny: Actually, my parents are half-Finns! In Finland almost everyone owns a little summer cottage by a lake. Or <br/>
if they don’t have one, they might rent one for the summer. They go there to swim, have a sauna and relax. This is <br/>
why my parents decided to build a summer cottage right here. <br/>
Craig: Wow! I didn’t know that! Do you come here regularly? <br/>
Jenny: Yes I do. That little garden back there is actually mine! I take care of it. And all those flowers are mine, too. <br/>
I planted them and water them. The weather has been great and the flowers have grown fast. There is a small <br/>
room with a sofa bed in the cottage. Sometimes I sleep there. <br/>
Craig: It is as beautiful here as in my favourite park in the city. Is it hot in the sauna? <br/>
Jenny: Of course it is! Do you want to try it? <br/>
Jenny takes Craig to the sauna. They sit in a very hot room and when it gets too hot, they go for a swim in the lake. <br/>
It is a beautiful summer day and the water is cool. After the sauna, it is time to go home. <br/>
Jenny: Thank you for coming! It has been a wonderful day! I wish you could visit us more often! <br/>
