In this lecture we study in more detail the components of transformational leadership and we learn that charisma is one of the components.</p>
<p>Note that after the lecture, professor Jukka Alava, another person, Lea Kuusilehto, a researcher from The Institute of Education Leadership will discuss with the students. <span><br/>
